I offer one-on-one consultations to authors, artists, small businesses, book designers, and publishers. Primarily my expertise is in these areas: 

• creative career and project organization,

• book design, production, and publishing,

• crowdfunding for creative projects,

• artist and project promotion.

A single consulting session can save you up to 40 hours of research and prevent costly production mistakes. In the last 20 years I have successfully guided dozens of books, ranging from poetry to textbooks, through every step of the publication process. Additional services have included helping artists and authors establish their promotional online and social media platforms, as well as crowdfunding more than a dozen creative projects via pre-orders and Kickstarter. 

I conduct consultations using Zoom, or in person in Portland, Oregon at my studio. All consultation meetings are recorded and provided to you free of charge, unless otherwise requested. 

A consulting fee of $100 is charged per hour for this service, with a 20% discount available for cash payments.
